General Information
Description:
The machine is using an environment friendly method of surface
treatment that can obtain metal film (Al, Ti, Zr, Cr, etc.) under vacuum
ambient. TiN, TiC, multi-layer film, compound film and other ceramic membrane layers can
protect
the surface of metal from wearing, high temperature, corrosion, oxidation,
radiation, and with the excellent performance of electric/magnetic
conduction, insulation and decorative effects, to better the product quality, prolong the
lifespan of the products, save energy and gain more outstanding technological and economic
benefits.
The surface is easy to clean and hard to form dirty stains. This plating
technology is very low-cost, and can be applied to metal, stainless steel, glass, ceramics, etc.
Main plating colors include: golden, brown, bronze, grey, black, and
rainbow colors etc.
