General Information
working principle
The multi-arc ion plating machine is application vacuum arc discharge technology to evaporation source technology ,to ignite the evaporation source (cathode) in a vacuum environment, and the formation of a self-sustaining arc discharge with the anode, release cathode substances ions from the cathodic arc brilliant point. Due to the current local focus, the Joule heat generated so that the local outbreak of the cathode material to ionization, combined with the reaction gas under the action of the workpiece bias, the formation of a plated film deposited on the workpiece surface.
The surface is easy to clean and hard to form dirty stains. This plating
technology is very low-cost, and can be applied to metal, stainless steel, glass, ceramics, etc.
Main plating colors include: golden, brown, bronze, grey, black, and
rainbow colors etc.
Basic Configuration:
1. Vertical chamber,sandwich water-cooling,made of SUS304 stainless steel
2. Pumping system: mechnical pump+roots pump+diffusion pump or molecular pump +maintain pump
3. Operate at touch screen,controlled by PLC,manual and automatic
4. Alarm at unusual circumstances and taking safe measures
5. Real-time display the various data,automatic control of production process,automatic storage of parameters.
6. Pules supply,pulse bias supply
