About Thermal Evaporation Filament Technology.
The work pieces to be coated (car logo) are introduced into the vacuum chamber where chamber's  pressure is decreased to between 5.0*10-2~8.0×10-3Pa.  The chamber pressure is achieved with various vacuum pumps depending upon the type of metallization desired (Rotary Piston Vacuum Pump, Rotary Vane Pump,Roots Vacuum Pump, Diffusion Pump).  Inside the chamber tungston filaments holding chrome metal are heated evaporating the chrome.  Also inside the chamber the work pieces are turning around in a rotary driving system allowing the chrome material to deposit on the substrates surface to generate a highly uniform coating layer.

Finishing Properties: PVD chrome on PMMA (Acrylic) surface, which generates outstanding coating layers:  Highly reflective in lighted environments making the work piece look like solid metal (stainless steel effect);  while under dark conditions work pieces can be illuminated with a LED light inside is installed from front, back and side views.
