Applications:

 

 

 ²The continuous glass coating production line is mainly to coat the metal film, alloy film, multilayer dielectric film on the surface of appliance glass, furniture glass, automotive glass, a large area mirror, functional or decorative glass products. Normlly for the reflective film, color film, translucent film.
Products have the effect of insulation, filters, energy saving, decorative, corrosion resistance and so on.

  ²The amorphous silicon solar cell production line is mainly used for the production of large photovoltaic glass module. It takes ordinary glass substrate to make NESA through atmospheric pressure CVD or PVD, and take PECVD technology to make the various types of amorphous silicon film, magnetron sputtering AZO film or electrodes,after the laser grooving on membrane, through testing and packaging to complete a large area cell module manufacturing process, the whole process is not more than ten stations. It    s simper than crystalline silicon cell production process. The silicon material utilization rate is improved for times, the manufacturing cost of is only about 1/3 of crystalline silicon cells.

 

²C / PMMA / PET sheet coating production line is suitable for Al, Cr, SUS, Ni, Sn, Ti and alloys such as a metal film. and it can be coated by the reaction SiO2, TiO2 and other dielectric film, the production process is fully automatic control with continuous opreation. Company can provide users a customized design and manufacturing with specific substrate size, technical requirements and capacity needs.
This device also applies to coating on glass substrate or planar work piece such as the mobile phone keypad and other products coating.

  ²LowEcoating production line (ie, radiation protection glass curtain wall coating production line) applies to coat metal sheet membrane, composite film, alloy film, multilayer dielectric film on large flat float glass surface, and also suitable for small bend curved glass coating.

² ITO conductive glass coating production line applies to coat TN-type, STN-type, TP type and CF-type transparent conductive film on the high-quality float glass. It applies to coat Si02/IT0 film, the production process is fully automatically continuous operation. Company can provide users a customized design and manufacturing with specific substrate size, technical requirements and capacity needs.
